Our co-founders—both mothers—experienced it first-hand, struggling to find comfortable, supportive maternity underwear that still felt stylish and true to who they were. So, we set out to create something different—maternity essentials that blend comfort, support, and style in a way that finally makes sense.

The Maternity Underwear Struggle

Do you have a favourite maternity underwear brand?

💬 "Honestly, no. I got a bunch from Amazon, and they were fine, but if a friend asked me for a recommendation, I wouldn’t have one. My experience was more like, ‘I like this bra except for this part’ and ‘this one except for that part.’ There was always something missing."

💬 "To be honest, I’ve not found any bras that I love. I’m definitely in the market for a maternity bra that’s more comfortable and a little less ‘granny.’"

What do you look for in a nursing bra?

💬 "Definitely comfort. The ease of being able to pop a boob in and out. The fabric matters too, because your nipples are so much more sensitive. And of course, support, because your breasts can be in quite a bit of pain."

💬 "Being able to wear it under a shirt and maneuver it easily. Some maternity bras are actually so complicated, you end up having to take off your whole shirt just to adjust them. As for style, I gave up on that."

The Moment We Knew We Got It Right

💬 "The fabric is so soft—it feels more like loungewear. A lot of maternity bras are just so granny, and I don’t get it. Just because you need comfort and support doesn’t mean you stop wanting something cute! This is really cute. I love that the neckline is lower—so many nursing bras have such high necks that you can’t wear them under anything."

💬 "So soft, I love this fabric! Honestly, a similar maternity bra (though not as nice as this one) was my favourite style, but I could only ever find it in synthetic materials, which drove me insane. This one feels so luxe—I love it!"
