Terms & Conditions

BUYING

By placing an order with us you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms + Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at hello@renuethelabel.com before placing your order.

We must receive payment for the whole price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

Any items marked 'Final Sale' are last and final sale and prohibits the return and exchange of products once sold unless the item is found to be defective or develops a fault within its warranty time period. 

PRICES

All prices on www.renuethelabel.com are in British Pounds Sterling (£). The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force. In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product. The prices stated on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). 

 

TAX AND DUTIES

All quoted prices include 20% VAT. For products delivered outside of the UK, you will be responsible for paying a Customs Duty / Excise Duty and/or Import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination. Please contact your country's customs to find out how much these costs might be.

 

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

FAULTY ITEMS

We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All products returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty garment if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at hello@renuethelabel.com about the fault. 

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, we will refund the card you made the purchase with to the value of the item at the time of purchase, and we will cover the cost of the return.

 

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Renue Studio Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Renue Studio Ltd. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

 

TRADEMARK

Our trademarks include (amongst others) the RENUE name and logo, and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

 

JURISDICTION

This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
