Returns & Exchanges 

• Return items within 28 days of receipt, unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging with tags attached
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of warehouse receipt
• Shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Returns are charged a £3.95 processing fee (excludes faulty items)
• Health and hygiene is taken very seriously - always try on underwear over your own underwear
• We reserve the right to reject your return if it does not comply with our returns policy and meet our hygiene standards including deodorant marks, perfume or stains

UK Returns

• Return or exchange your items via our portal here
  
• Free exchanges available - preferred size or colour is requested on the portal
  
• Retain proof of postage and tracking details until the refund has been processed - we cannot be held responsible for any lost items if you do not have the tracking information

International Returns: 

We are sorry to say we cannot offer free international exchanges. Please return your original items and reorder in the correct size.

• Make sure all items are in the parcel, including the form.

• Book a secure trackable courier and retain proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
