UK Shipping

We offer several delivery options for UK customers:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) - Delivery within 2-3 working days
• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 24 Tracked) - Next working day delivery
• Next Day Delivery (ParcelForce) - Order by 2pm Monday-Thursday for next day delivery
• Guaranteed Next Day By 1pm (Royal Mail) - Order by 2pm Monday-Friday for guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm (includes Saturday delivery)
• Free Next Day UK Shipping (Royal Mail) - Complimentary next day delivery when you spend over £75

European Shipping

We ship to 57 countries across Europe with two delivery options:

• Europe Standard Tracked & Signed (DHL Deutsche Post) - Delivery within 3-7 working days
• Europe Express Tracked & Signed (DHL Express) - Delivery within 1-3 working days

European countries include France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, and many more.

Rest of World Shipping

We're proud to ship globally to customers worldwide:

• ROW Standard Tracked & Signed (DHL Deutsche Post) - Delivery within 5-10 working days

Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

All our shipping methods include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

If your tracking information hasn't updated within 24 hours of dispatch, or if you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Please note that shipping is tax-free - we don't charge VAT on delivery costs.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free next day delivery on all UK orders over £75.

International Orders - Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Shipping
