For all non-maternity products, we have designed all our products to be true to size, so we would suggest taking your normal size but if you are unsure we have included the specific measurements to be sure you get the best size. 

For maternity products, we strongly recommend you measure yourself at the point of purchase as your body changes throughout each trimester and so an accurate measurement will help guide you to the best size.  If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. 

For all products, we've worked hard on our sizing to bring you the best fitted wireless support bras. Where there is a design fit, we have noted this on the product.
