A RENUE x Forgotten Women Update
Earlier this year, for International Women’s Day, we partnered with Forgotten Women to support their work delivering safe aid by women, for women.
Over that weekend we donated 15% of all RENUE sales, a collective effort made possible by every single order placed.
Today we’re proud to share what that support has helped make possible.
Clean Water, Closer to Home
Through this partnership, two water wells have been built in villages in Balochistan, Pakistan.
In these communities, access to clean water was not a given. Families (often children) would walk long distances in extreme heat where temperatures regularly exceed 50°C, just to collect water for daily use. It was time-consuming, physically demanding, and in many cases, unsafe.
Now, that has changed. Two entire communities have access to clean, safe water on their doorstep. A simple shift, but a life-changing one.
Supporting Those Affected by Conflict
Alongside this, funds have also contributed towards Gaza aid delivery, helping provide hot meals and essential support to those affected by the ongoing crisis.
In situations where stability is uncertain, access to something as basic as a warm meal becomes vital. This is the kind of impact that goes beyond words.
A Collective Effort
This wasn’t just a RENUE initiative, it was a shared one. Every purchase made that weekend played a part in this outcome. What might have felt like a small, everyday decision contributed to something far bigger.
And that’s the essence of “when we give, we gain.” Not in a transactional way but in the understanding that collective action, even in small moments, can create real change.
